All refill requests called in before 12:00. may be picked up after 2:30 p.m. and refill requests called in before 5:00 p.m. may be picked up the next morning, pending doctor's approval. We will make every effort to expedite your refill request if it is absolutely necessary.

The Stop 11 Animal Hospital in Indianapolis, IN is a full service companion animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet's health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education. Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing personal attention to the unique concerns of each individual pet owner.

We also have a great partner to assist with home delivery of medications and supplies for our patients in VetCentric. With our new more formal partnership, you should notice a significant improvement in our on-line prices.

Please rest assured that even with our new partnership, we will not upload any client or patient information without your specific request. (Some client and patient information was uploaded in 2005 under our original agreement with VetCentric, if you would like, we will be happy to delete these files for you).
